  • 2 eggs
  • 453 grams of ricotta cheese
  • 100 grams of Butter
  • 100 grams of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • 150 grams of all-purpose flour

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 175 degrees Celsius.

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, ricotta, butter, sugar, baking powder and ground cinnamon until the mixture is light and fluffy.

  3. Slowly add in the flour, stirring until combined.

  4. Grease a 20 cm cake tin with butter.
