Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups plain yoghurt (390 g)
- 2/3 cup hazelnut flour (85 g)
- 2/3 cup all-purpose flour (85 g)
- 2 tablespoons canola oil (30 mL)
- 2 tablespoons honey (30 mL)
Directions

Preheat oven to 350 °F (180 °C).

In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, yoghurt, hazelnut flour, all-purpose flour, canola oil, and honey until a batter forms.

Grease a 9-inch (23 cm) springform pan with butter or oil and pour the batter in.
