Ingredients
- 150g minced pork
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sake
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons mirin
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 large egg
- 3 cups cooked sticky rice
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- In a medium-sized bowl, combine the minced pork, soy sauce, sake, mirin, sugar, and honey. Mix together until well combined.
- Heat the vegetable oil and sesame oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the pork mixture to the pan and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally until the pork is cooked through.
- In the same bowl, whisk together the egg and add it to the pork mixture.
- Cook for another 3-5 minutes until the egg is cooked.
- Spoon the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle the sesame seeds over the mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
- Serve over cooked sticky rice.
