Ingredients
- 500 g chicken breast cut into bite-sized cubes
- 2 tablespoons of oil for cooking
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 500 mL chicken stock
- 2 tablespoons of mirin
- 2 tablespoons of sake
- 4 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 4 tablespoons of miso paste
- 400 g Ramen noodles cooked
- 100 g beansprouts
- 2 tablespoons of sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons of white sesame seeds
Directions
- Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add the chicken and cook stirring occasionally until browned about 5 minutes.
- Add the garlic and cook for another minute.
- Pour in the chicken stock mirin sake soy sauce and miso paste. Stir until combined and bring to a boil.
- Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add the cooked noodles and simmer for another 3 minutes.
- Stir in the beansprouts sesame oil and sesame seeds.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
