Ingredients

  • 500 g chicken breast cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 2 tablespoons of oil for cooking
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 500 mL chicken stock
  • 2 tablespoons of mirin
  • 2 tablespoons of sake
  • 4 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 4 tablespoons of miso paste
  • 400 g Ramen noodles cooked
  • 100 g beansprouts
  • 2 tablespoons of sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons of white sesame seeds

Directions

  1. Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the chicken and cook stirring occasionally until browned about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the garlic and cook for another minute.
  4. Pour in the chicken stock mirin sake soy sauce and miso paste. Stir until combined and bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Add the cooked noodles and simmer for another 3 minutes.
  7. Stir in the beansprouts sesame oil and sesame seeds.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!
