Ingredients:

  • 120 g boneless chicken breast
  • 60 ml vegetable oil
  • 45 g bread crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 egg

Directions:

  1. Cut the chicken into small, bite-sized pieces for the kids - about the size of a marbles. Make sure you don’t leave any sharp edges.

  2. Heat oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.

  3. Crack the egg into a bowl and whisk until smooth.

  4. In a shallow bowl, add the bread crumbs, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix together.

  5. Dip the chicken pieces in the egg and then into the breadcrumb mixture, making sure to evenly coat.

  6. Carefully place the breaded chicken pieces into the hot oil and fry for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.

  7. Once cooked, remove from the oil and lay on some paper towels to absorb any excess oil.

  8. Place on a plate and enjoy with family and friends, and don’t forget to tell those jokes!
