Ingredients
- 300g firm tofu, drained and pressed
- 1 small carrot, grated
- 1/2 small zucchini, grated
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- Cooking oil for frying
Directions
- In a large mixing bowl, crumble the tofu with your hands until it resembles a chunky paste. This is a fun job for the little ones to help with!
