Ingredients

  • 250g cooked rice
  • 1 carrot, peeled and grated
  • 1 zucchini, grated
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce (make sure it’s peanut-free)
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Directions

  1. In a large non-stick pan, heat 1 tbsp of vegetable oil over medium heat.
