Ingredients
- 500g ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 can (400g) of diced tomatoes
- 1 can (400g) of kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 500ml beef broth
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
