Ingredients

  • 4 skinless and boneless chicken thighs
  • 125ml all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 120ml water
  • 3 tbsp cooking oil
  • 1/2 tsp dried herbs

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  2. Place the chicken thighs in the flour mixture and mix until they are evenly coated.
  3. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the water and oil.
  4. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Add the chicken thighs to the skillet.
  6. Pour the water and oil mixture over the chicken.
  7. Cover the skillet and reduce the heat to low.
  8. Cook for 15 minutes, flipping the chicken halfway through.
  9. After 15 minutes, remove the lid and sprinkle the herbs over the chicken.
  10. Increase the heat and cook for an additional 5 minutes until golden brown.
  11. Once cooked, remove the chicken from the skillet and place on a plate to cool.
