Ingredients
- 2 sheets of ready made puff pastry
- 1/2 cup of quark or fromage blanc
- 1/2 cup of low-fat cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons of plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar
- 1 egg (for glaze)
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 3 teaspoons of lemon zest
- A pinch of nutmeg
- A pinch of cinnamon
- A handful of fresh or frozen blueberries, raspberries, or blackberries
Directions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Unroll and place one sheet of puff pastry in a greased pie tin or tart pan.

In a bowl, mix together the quark, cream cheese, yogurt, sugar, lemon zest, nutmeg, and cinnamon.

Carefully spread the cream cheese mixture over the puff pastry.

Place the second sheet of puff pastry on top of the cream cheese mixture. Crimp the edges to seal in the filling.
