Ingredients
- 2 large pieces of fish, such as bass, halibut, or snapper (1.5 pounds total)
- 2 tablespoons of canola oil
- 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon of cumin powder
- ½ teaspoon of cayenne pepper (optional)
- ½ teaspoon of garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon of coriander powder
- ½ teaspoon of turmeric powder
- ¼ teaspoon of ground cardamom
- 2 tablespoons of yogurt
- 2 tablespoons of fresh ginger, finely grated
