Ingredients

  • 5 fresh dates, diced
  • 0.5 liters skim milk
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 50 grams gluten free plain flour
  • 50 grams treacle toffee
  • 50 grams vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon alcohol free vanilla extract
