Ingredients:
  • 8 chicken wings
  • 2 thyme sprigs
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon of white pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon of cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon of ground red chili peppers
Preparations:
  1. Preheat your oven to 200C.
  2. Chop the thyme sprigs into small pieces.
  3. Peel the garlic and mince.
  4. In a medium bowlcombine the chopped thymeminced garlicvegetable oiloreganowhite peppercumin and ground red chili peppers.
  5. Mix the ingredients together to form a paste.
  6. Rub the paste onto the chicken wings.
  7. Place the chicken wings into an oven-safe dish.
  8. Bake the chicken wings in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Knock knock
