Ingredients

  • 300g carrots
  • 250g cauliflower
  • 250g fresh spinach
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 tablespoon of olive oil
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. Peel and grate the carrots and the cauliflower and place in a large bowl.
  3. Add the fresh spinach to the bowl and mix together.
