Ingredients

  • 170 millilitres almond milk or coconut milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 200 grams frozen berries
  • 2 tablespoons of granola
  • 50 grams of Greek yoghurt

Directions

  1. Have the children measure out the almond milk or coconut milk into a blender.

  2. Peel the banana and slice it into three pieces before adding it to the blender.

  3. Tell the kids a joke (Why did the banana go to the doctor? - He wasn’t feeling ‘peel’!) and then add the frozen berries.

  4. Measure out the granola and add it to the blender.

  5. Add in the yoghurt and mix it together.

  6. Give a reminder to turn off the blender when they’re done.

  7. Pour the mixture into serving bowls.

  8. Add extra granola and frozen berries as a topping.
