- 2 tablespoons of fresh dill, finely chopped
- 150ml of plain Greek yoghurt
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of parsley, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon of ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Place the smoked salmon strips in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through.
- In a bowl, combine the Greek yoghurt, lemon juice, olive oil, parsley, dill, garlic powder, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
