Ingredients

  • 1 chicken breast (150 g)
  • ½ onion (50 g)
  • 2 handfuls of spinach (30 g)
  • 2 garlic cloves (Optional) (6 g)
  • 2 TBsp olive oil (30 mL)
  • 6 mushrooms (50 g)
  • 2 TBsp Teriyaki sauce (30 mL)
  • 2 TBsp soy sauce (30 mL)

Directions

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Slice the chicken into ¼ inch (0.64 cm) thick strips.

  3. Chop the onion into fine cubes.

  4. Heat up a pan for 2 minutes and add olive oil. Once hot, add the chicken and onion. Fry for 5 minutes over medium heat while stirring occasionally and adding a pinch of salt for flavor.

  5. Add the garlic cloves (optional) and mushrooms. Fry for 3 more minutes and then add the spinach. Fry until everything is well cooked, and then turn off the heat.

  6. Grease an oven-safe dish with some oil and transfer the chicken and vegetables to it.

  7. Mix the teriyaki sauce and soy sauce in a bowl, and pour it over the chicken and vegetables.

  8. Bake for 15 minutes until the chicken is cooked and vegetables are tender.

  9. Ha-Ha-Ha! Dinner is served!
