Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 500g boneless pork shoulder
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary (or 1 teaspoon dried)
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
