Ingredients
- 2 large cooked potatoes (about 500g total, peeled and diced into cubes)
- 1cup fresh green beans (cut into 1-inch pieces)
- 4 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon dried dill
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon mustard powder
- 2 tablespoons minced shallots or onions
