Ingredients

  • 250g quark (plain soft cheese)
  • 200g ham, finely sliced and diced into small cubes
  • 2 eggs
  • 300g whole wheat flour
  • 3 tablespoons baking powder
  • 300ml milk

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the quark and eggs together.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, ham and milk.
  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix until it reaches a cookie-dough like consistency.
  5. Grease a 25cm springform cake pan.
