Ingredients:

  • 800g pork shoulder roast
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 onion, finely diced
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme
  • 2 cups chicken stock

Directions:
