Ingredients

  • 800g large raw prawns, peeled and deveined
  • 4 cloves of garlic, finely diced
  • 8 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • Ground black pepper
  • Fresh herbs (parsley, oregano and thyme leaves)

Directions

  1. Preheat the grill to a high heat setting.
  2. Drizzle the prawns with the olive oil and place them on a large baking tray.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the garlic, lemon juice, pepper and herbs.
  4. Spoon the herb mixture over the prawns and mix together.
  5. Place the prawns on the preheated grill and cook for around 5 to 7 minutes, or until cooked through.
  6. Serve the prawns hot with a little extra olive oil and lemon juice, if desired.
