Sausage and Peppers

Ingredients

  • 2 Italian sausagesskin removed
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon olive oil
  • 2 red bell pepperssliced into thin strips
  • 1 onionsliced thinly
  • 1 clove garlicminced

  1. Start by preheating your oven to 425°F/220°C.

  2. Take the sausagesremove the skin and cut them into 1 cm thick slices.

  3. Heat the olive oil in a large ovenproof skillet over medium heat.
