Ingredients:

  • 200 g of high-grade raw sashimi-grade fish, such as tuna, salmon, or sea bream
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of wasabi
  • 1/2 teaspoon of finely grated fresh ginger
  • 1/2 a teaspoon of sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon of finely chopped chives
  • 2-4 sheets of dried nori seaweed

Directions

  1. Start by washing the raw fish, pat dry and set aside.
  2. Combine soy sauce, wasabi, ginger, sesame oil, and chives in a small bowl. Mix it all together and you’ll have a yummy and healthy dip!
  3. To assemble the sashimi, take a sheet of nori seaweed and put it on a sushi mat.
  4. Place the fish onto the nori, top with a few drops of the dipping sauce and wrap it up. Roll like sushi
  5. Cut into thin slices and serve with extra dipping sauce and a side of steamed rice, if desired.
