  • 4 cups (800g) of white rice
  • 2 tablespoons (25ml) olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 (small) onions
  • 2 jalapeños
  • 3 bell peppers
  • 1 (small) carrot
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons (30ml) soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Start by finely chopping the garlic, onions, chili peppers, bell peppers, and carrot.
  2. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat and add the vegetables. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until the vegetables are softened.
  3. Add the steamed pork and chicken and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
  4. Add the rice and mix with the vegetables and meat.
  5. Add the Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce and season with salt and pepper.
