Ingredients

  • 90 g fresh ricotta cheese
  • 1 egg
  • ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 350 g store-bought fresh or frozen ravioli
  • 1 litre of water

Directions

  1. Crack the egg into a bowl and mix together with the ricotta cheese, nutmeg, and ground black pepper until it forms a smooth paste.

  5. Drain the ravioli and add to the pan with the fried cheese.
