Ingredients

  • 2 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into thin slices
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp of Nakasu (fried wheat gluten)
  • Oil for frying

Directions

  1. Peel and thinly slice the potatoes.
  2. Heat a large pan over medium-high heat and add the slices of potato.
