Ingredients
- 2 Rainbow Trout filets
- 2 tablespoons of Olive Oil
- 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary
- 1 lemon
- Mixed fresh herbs (optional)
- Ground black Pepper and Salt (optional)

Preheat your oven to 200 °C(400 °F).

Rinse each trout filet with cold water and pat completely dry with paper towels.

Place one tablespoon of olive oil into a baking sheet and spread it evenly over the bottom with a spatula.

Place the trout filets in the baking sheet and spread the remaining tablespoon of olive oil over the trout filets.

Take the rosemary sprigs, strip the leaves from the stems and sprinkle the leaves on top of the filets.

Slice the lemon and place the slices on top of the filets.

Sprinkle the mixed fresh herbs on the filets, if desired.
