Ingredients
- 2 racks of lamb (200g each), trimmed
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of oregano
- 1 teaspoon of thyme
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the racks of lamb onto a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper.
