Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 200ml milk
  • 50g grated cheese
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 60g plain flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • Ground black pepper, pinch
  • Dairy free spread, 15g

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Grease a baking dish with the dairy free spread.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk and set aside.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together flour, baking powder and ground black pepper.
  5. Add the egg mixture and whisk together until combined.
  6. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan and cook the chopped onion until softened.
  7. Add the cooked onion, grated cheese and mix together until all ingredients are combined.
  8. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
  10. Serve hot or cold and ENJOY!
