  • All-Purpose Flour (150 g or 5.3 oz)
  • Baking Powder (20 g or 0.7 oz)
  • Milk (250 ml or 1.5 cups)
  • Butter (30 g or 1 oz)
  • Ham (100 g or 3.5 oz)
  • Cheese (50 g or 1.8 oz)

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit).
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs until the yolks and whites are well blended.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, and butter, until it forms a light dough.
  4. Add the milk, and mix until the dough is thick and creamy.
  5. Grease a baking pan with butter.
  6. Spread the dough evenly across the pan.
