  • 2 large potatoes
  • 2 large eggs
  • 200 g quark (curd cheese)
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • Fresh ground black pepper
  • Plain flour for coating

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C
  2. Peel and grate the 2 potatoes.
  3. Crack the 2 large eggs into a bowl.
  4. Soften the butter and add it to the eggs and mix together.
  5. Add the grated potatoes, quark, and ground black pepper to the mixture and mix it all together.
  6. Put some flour into a plate and take a spoonful of the mixture and shape it into a ball.
  7. Place the ball on the plate of flour and roll it around so that it’s completely coated.
  8. Place the balls on a greased baking tray and bake for 15 minutes or until they are golden brown.
