Ingredients

  • 500 grams of pumpkin (peeleddeseeded and cut into cubes)
  • 500 ml chicken stock
  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 15 ml double cream
  • 15 ml single cream

Directions

  1. In a large saucepan over medium-high heatcook the pumpkin cubes in chicken stock for 15 minutesor until the cubes are tender.
