Ingredients
- 450g of all-purpose / plain flour
- 7g of active dry yeast
- 235ml of warm water
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of salt
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of freshly chopped herbs (thyme, rosemary, or oregano)
- 2 tablespoons of freshly grated Parmesan cheese
