Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 large pizza base
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 4 slices Prosciutto ham
  • 2 teaspoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 100g grated mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 200ºC.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, dried oregano and black pepper.
  3. Spread the pizza base with the olive oil mix, making sure to coat it all the way to the edges.
  4. Place the pizza base on a baking sheet and cook in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.
  5. Take the pizza out of the oven and top with prosciutto ham and mozzarella cheese.
  6. Bake the pizza in the oven for 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
  7. Sprinkle with chopped fresh rosemary and Parmesan cheese.
  8. Cut the pizza into four wedges and serve to your drooling children with lots of giggles!
