Ingredients

  • 1 cup (250g) paneer or cottage cheese, cut into cubes
  • 2 tablespoons (30ml) olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon (5g) cumin
  • 1 teaspoon (5g) coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2.5g) garam masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2.5g) chilli powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1.25g) turmeric
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1.25g) amchur
  • 2 tablespoons (30ml) lemon juice
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the cumin, coriander, garam masala, chilli powder, turmeric and amchur. Stir for 1 minute.
  3. Add the paneer cubes and stir-fry for 5 minutes or until lightly browned.
  4. Add the lemon juice and salt to taste.
  5. Cook for another 5 minutes or until the cubes are cooked through.
