Ingredients
- 2 egg whites
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons of low-fat yoghurt
- 3 tablespoons of whole wheat flour
- ½ teaspoon of baking soda
- 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon of fresh fruitdiced or puréed
- Non-stick cooking spray (optional)

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
