A simple and delicious omelette made without salt and sugar that is perfect for the whole family!

Ingredients

  • 2 medium eggs
  • 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter
  • 30 ml of low-fat milk
  • 2 tablespoons of grated medium-fat cheese
  • Non-stick cooking spray

Directions

  1. Start by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowladd the eggs and the milkthen whisk them together until they are combined.
  3. Add the grated cheese and mix it in with a whisk or a spoon.
  4. Heat the butter in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Spray the pan with the non-stick cooking spray.
  6. Add the egg mixture to the skillet and cook for 3 minutes until the edges start to set.
  7. Place the skillet in the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutesor until the omelette is fully cooked and golden brown.
