Ingredients

  • 500 g potato (cut into 1 cm cube)
  • 1 carrot (cut into thin batons)
  • 2 onions (chopped finely)
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon white pepper
  • 150 ml dashi stock
  • 60 ml soy sauce
  • 60 ml mirin
  • 250 g pork (thinly sliced)

Directions

  5. Add the dashi stock, soy sauce and mirin to the pan and stir together.
  6. Add the pork slices to the pan and simmer for 10 minutes.
  7. Serve the ingredients on top of cooked rice and sprinkle with white pepper.
