Ingredients
- 340 g Paneer
- 1 medium onion
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 15 g ginger
- 3 tablespoons of oil
- 2 teaspoons of cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon of kitchen king masala
- ½ teaspoon of garam masala
- 2 tablespoons of cream
- 15 g Cilantro leaves
- 2 teaspoons of fenugreek leaves (dried or fresh)
Directions

Start with cutting the paneer into cubes. Make sure they’re bite-sized cubes so they’re not a choking hazard for toddlers.

Finely chop the onion, garlic, and ginger and set aside.

Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. When they begin to crackle, add the onion, garlic and ginger and fry until translucent.

Add kitchen king masala, garam masala and cream and mix well.

Add the paneer cubes and mix it until the cubes are coated with the masala.

Add the fenugreek leaves and cilantro leaves, mix everything together and let it simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.

Take off the heat and serve the Methi Malai Paneer hot with a side of rice, rotis or naan.
