Ingredients

  • 6 large potatoes
  • 1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 2 teaspoon Amchur (dried Mango Powder)
  • 2 teaspoon ground Cumin Powder
  • 2 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 2 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a large baking tray with baking paper.
  2. Peel the potatoes and cut them into thick wedges.
  3. Place the potato wedges into a large bowl and add the oil. Mix to combine and ensure all of the wedges are lightly coated.
  4. Add the Amchur, cumin powder, garam masala and chilli powder to the wedges and mix until all of the wedges are evenly coated.
  5. Place the wedges on the baking tray and spread out evenly. Ensure there is some space in between each wedge.
  6. Bake in the oven for 18-20 minutes or until they are golden and crispy.
