Ingredients

  • 300gm minced beef or pork
  • 1-2 tablespoons of oil
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 350gm leek, chopped
  • 200gm mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 150 ml of beef stock
  • 400gm canned chopped tomatoes
  • 200gm potatoes, diced
  • 2 tablespoons of Parsley, chopped
  • Salt & pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Heat the oil in a large deep frying pan over a medium heat.
  2. Add the onion and garlic, and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the minced beef or pork to the pan, and cook until lightly browned.
  4. Add the leek, mushrooms and paprika, and cook for a few minutes until the vegetables start to soften.
  5. Add the beef stock, canned tomatoes, potatoes and parsley and cook for 15-20 minutes or until the potatoes are cooked.
  6. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  7. Serve the Lauchhackfleischpfanne with your favorite side dish and enjoy!
