Ingredients

  • 3 Knackwursts, split
  • 2 slices of bread, diced
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp garlic, minced
  • 2 cups of spinach, chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, diced
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, diced

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a small bowl, combine diced bread, garlic, vegetable oil, spinach, parsley and dill. Mix until ingredients are evenly distributed.
  3. Place seasonings inside the split Knackwursts, pressing them down with the back of a spoon to ensure that the Knackwursts are fully coated.
  4. Place Knackwursts in a baking tray and bake for 15 minutes or until the Knackwursts are cooked through.
