Ingredients
- 300 grams of gobo (Japanese burdock root)
- 150 grams of carrots
- 5 teaspoons of vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce

Start by preparing your ingredients. Peel and julienne the gobo, as well as julienne the carrots.
