  • 1/4 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mango powder (amchur powder)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon carom seeds (ajwain)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 5 teaspoon oil for deep-frying

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, add the whole wheat flour, baking powder, turmeric, red chili powder, amchur powder, garam masala, and carom seeds. Mix well.

  3. Divide the dough into equal-sized balls and roll them into thick rounds.
