Ingredients

  • 500 g ground beef
  • 1 onion, finely diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp fresh parsley, minced
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika

Directions

  1. Preheat a grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, onion, garlic, parsley, black pepper, cumin and paprika.
  3. Mix together well with a spoon or your hands until all ingredients are evenly incorporated (Do not over mix! That’s a recipe for disaster… just kidding. We’d like to avoid disaster).
  4. Divide mixture into 5 equal parts and form into patties.
  5. Place patties on preheated grill. Grill for 5 minutes per side.
  6. Serve hot with your favorite sides.
