Ingredients
- 500 g ground beef
- 1 onion, finely diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp fresh parsley, minced
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
Directions
- Preheat a grill to medium-high heat.
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, onion, garlic, parsley, black pepper, cumin and paprika.
- Mix together well with a spoon or your hands until all ingredients are evenly incorporated (Do not over mix! That’s a recipe for disaster… just kidding. We’d like to avoid disaster).
- Divide mixture into 5 equal parts and form into patties.
- Place patties on preheated grill. Grill for 5 minutes per side.
- Serve hot with your favorite sides.
