Ingredients

  • 250 grams of potatoes, peeled and cubed into 2 cm pieces
  • 200 grams of carrots, peeled and cut into 1 cm slices
  • 200 grams of mushrooms, sliced
  • 200 grams of spinach, washed
  • 100 ml of vegetable stock
  • 1 onion, peeled and diced
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of curry powder

Instructions
