Ingredients
- 4 fresh sardines
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 4 teaspoons sake
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce

Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).

Rinse the sardines under cold running water to remove any dirt and debris.
