##Hot Wings without Salt or Sugar

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken wingsskin removed and each wing cut into mid-joint and drumette pieces
  • 1 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cloves garlicminced
  • 2 teaspoons dried herbs such as rosemarythyme or oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Arrange chicken wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. In a small bowlcombine olive oilgarlicherbs and spices.
