Ingredients

  • 500g udon noodles
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 onions, sliced
  • 1 large carrot, sliced
  • ½ cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

Directions

  1. Heat the cooking oil in a medium-sized pan over medium to high heat.
